Appointment Confirmations/Cancellations/Refunds

Appointment confirmations

Two days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your appointment. 

24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive and reminder email.  

12 hours prior, you will receive a reminder text.  

 

At any time up to 12 hours prior to you appointment, you have option to make any changes needed. 

 

Please be considerate of others and contact the office if you are unable to keep your appointment.

 
Cancellation or Changed Appointments

 

We require 24 hours notice for any appointment change or cancellation.  Please be courteous of others and contact us as early as possible so that your appointment slot may be given to the next individual waiting for a colon hydrotherapy treatment. There are two ways to contact us:
No shows will be charged the price of a full session, or forfeiture of a prepaid session.  Additional appointments cannot be scheduled until the balance has been satisfied.

 

Cancellations made in less that 24 hours will be charged a late cancel fee of 50% of your scheduled service.  Additional appointments cannot be scheduled until the balance has been satisfied.

Please understand that any time an appointment is scheduled and missed, there is another client in need of our services that has been turned away.  In an effort to give quality care and attention to all individuals, we must strictly adhere to this policy.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Product  Refunds:

There are no refunds unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned within 15 days of purchase.

 

Service  Refunds:

There are no refunds on services ( cash or credit card ) If Management determines that a refund is appropriate, the client will receive an in house credit for an estimated dollar amount.
