Appointment Confirmations/Cancellations/

Appointment confirmations

Three days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your appointment. This reminder will be sent to you within the time frame to cancel or change your appointment without penalty.

24 hours prior, you will receive a reminder via email

6 hours prior, you will receive a text reminder


Please be considerate of others and contact the office if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Cancellation or Changed Appointments:


We require 48 hours notice for any appointment change or cancellation.

Cancellations made after 48 hrs, deposits will be forfeited.

Any appointment changes related to a package after 48 hrs, will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. 

Any cancellation or changes 4 hrs or less before your appointment will be considered a no-show, as this does not give a practitioner enough time to contact clients on our wait list.

No shows will be charged the price of a full session, forfeiture of a prepaid session or deposit.  Additional appointments cannot be scheduled until the balance has been satisfied.

Please be courteous of others and contact us as early as possible so that your appointment time may be given to the next individual waiting for treatment. To contact us:

Please understand that any time an appointment is scheduled and missed, there is another client in need of our services that has been turned away.  In an effort to give quality care and attention to all individuals, we must strictly adhere to this policy. We are committed to helping you navigating your health journey, we expect our clients to be committed to this journey as well.  Please plan ahead



Refund Policy:


Product  Refunds:

There are no refunds unless a medically proven allergic reaction is determined by a physician. At which time, the product needs to be returned within 15 days of purchase.


Service  Refunds:

There are no refunds on services, pre-paid sessions or pre-paid packages ( cash or credit card ) If Management determines that a refund is appropriate, the client will receive an in house credit for an estimated dollar amount.
