BOOKING POLICY: All clients are required to place a credit card on file and to pay a 50% deposit on all services.  In addition, is it required to sign your acceptance of our cancellation policy when guided through the intake forms.  No exceptions. Please complete all intake forms online when you are doing your online booking.


CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE: If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.  Deposits paid will be applied to a rescheduled appointment as long it is BEFORE 48 hrs. Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced.  Please refer to our policy here.


To assist you with your booking preference, below is the schedule for our therapists:
 
Nancy Britos-Bray   Monday       9:00 am - 1:00 pm    
                              Tuesday       1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
                              Wednesday  9:00 am - 3:00 pm
                              Saturday      10:00 am - 2:00 pm ( twice a month )

Gina Cunningham   Monday        1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
                               Thursday       10:00 am - 8:00 pm
                               Friday           10:00 am - 6:00 pm
                               Saturday       10:00 am- 5:00 pm (alternating weeks) 
                               Sunday         10:00 am - 7:00 pm
