Nancy is the founder and owner of Embrace Health, where she specializes in Colon Hydrotherapy. A Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, she graduated from the American Institute of Natural Health in Phoenix, Arizona, and completed her practical training in Palm Desert, California, under the guidance of Deb McMahon, RN.

In addition to her certification in Colon Hydrotherapy, Nancy is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she gained insight into over 120 dietary theories and the importance of bio-individuality. She is also certified as a Wellness Coach by the M'lis Wellness Company, specializing in Lymphatic Body Wraps.
Nancy takes a personalized approach to care, ensuring she stays with clients throughout their entire treatment. By understanding each client’s unique digestive health and processing capabilities, she provides tailored services that foster optimal wellness. As a Reiki attuned practitioner, Nancy incorporates this ancient healing modality into her treatments, enhancing the overall healing experience.
With 20 years of experience in education and 12 years in Human Resource Management, Nancy has honed her skills in nurturing and supporting individuals. Her background as a corporate trainer enables her to connect deeply with clients, helping them explore their inner wellness and achieve their health goals.
Nancy is proud to be the only colon hydrotherapist in Maryland with such a diverse and comprehensive background, dedicated to healing from the inside out.

Gina Cunningham is a dedicated Colon Hydrotherapy Practitioner at Embrace Health, with 20 years of experience in holistic wellness. She obtained her Colon Hydrotherapy Certification from St. John's Academy of Natural Healing and Sciences in 2005 and has practiced extensively since then. Gina also completed an apprenticeship under Christina Sharp, specializing in the Closed System, and has worked part-time as a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist (CHT). Gina also brings the ancient healing modality of being Reiki attuned to her treatment
An active member of the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy since 2005, Gina is passionate about promoting digestive health and overall wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health and has received additional training in detoxification and cleansing protocols through Renew Life.
Gina's holistic approach, is informed by her extensive education and mentorship from industry leaders. At Embrace Health, she is committed to guiding clients on their journey to optimal health and well-being.
